Nick Levens brings a proven track record of International hospitality experience to Life’s Kitchen, having managed single and multi-site hospitality operations in four countries.
Nick has been directly responsible in the set up or evolution of four branded concepts in London and has also run businesses or consultancy projects in France, Germany, the Middle East and Eastern Europe, as well as running the Catering operation for the Andrew Lloyd Weber’s Really Useful Theatre Group.
Nick is a hands-on hospitality operator who often personally takes charge of managing Life’s Kitchen functions.
Nick is a passionate believer in training and development of young talent in hospitality, through on-the-job training and mentoring.
