With a new season slowly warming The City up our chefs have been cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Inspired by seasonal and regional ingredients, our Head Chef Emlyn Sexon has been putting pen to paper (and spoon to pan!) creating a lovely 2017 Spring and Summer menu.
As we know each event is unique and thus requires it's own special selection of fantastic food and fine wines. Have a look at what we can offer, all served with a love of food and a sense of occasion.
