With the new season finally here and staying for a while…we hope…Our chefs have been cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Inspired by seasonal and regional ingredients, our Head Chef Emlyn Sexon and his team have been putting pen to paper (and spoon to pan!) creating our new 2018 Spring /Summer menus and 2018 Christmas Menu.
