Painters’ Hall is the perfect venue for your next conference, combining unique art and valued heritage in an ideal location, within moments of Mansion House tube station. Cannon Street, Bank and St Pauls are also within a short walking distance.
Home to the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers, a Company whose roots can be traced back to the thirteenth century and ranked 28th in the seniority of the City Livery Companies.
The walls and displays of the Court Room chronicle the fascinating history of the Painter-Stainers’ Livery Company. Royal Charters granted to the Company by Elizabeth I, James II, George VI and Elizabeth II, together with a wide collection of historical portraits and other items relating to notable events in times past, adorn these walls.
Interconnecting doors slide back to reveal a more contemporary collection of art on the walls of the Court Dining Room. Together these rooms present an ideal setting for smaller meetings, and are also used as a catering space for conferences, before guests ascend to the Livery Hall for the presentation.
The Livery Hall boasts beautiful art amongst scenes dating back to the 16th century. The splendidly proportioned Hall is hung with a fine collection of Royal Portraits dating from the late 17th century through to today's Royal Family, as well as some splendid historical paintings.
Beautiful crystal chandeliers can be controlled to provide appropriate lighting for both daytime and evening use. It also has magnificent stained-glass windows showing the arms of the Liverymen who have been Lord Mayors of the City of London and others who have played a prominent part in the Company's history.

State of the art AV equipment is available for use in-house, and this includes a full HD presentation system consisting of an 84” Interactive Full HD 6 point touch screen, 2 x 42” Full HD repeater screens for larger groups, and a full wireless system with collaborative software. With our super strong Ruckus Wireless System in place why not bring along your own Smart phone, Tablet Device, Laptop or Netbook and be able to have the presentation streamed direct to your device with our new Display Note Collaborative Software.
Not only can you see the presentation on your device but you can make your own notes and annotations over the presentation to take away with you or even be part of the presentation from the comfort of your own seat. We also have a laptop, remote mouse and staging available for use if required.
