October’s “Venue of the Month” goes to our very own Pewterers’ Hall!
Ideally situated in the heart of the City, tucked away amongst the hire rise buildings of the city, including the famous Lloyds building, this hidden gem is one of the Livery Halls best kept secrets.
The warm and beautiful interior provides the perfect background for a variety of events including private dinners, corporate meeting, awards luncheons and intimate wedding receptions. This versatile 3 floor venue also boasts a beautiful and tranquil garden which is the perfect spot for your next summer event!
Situated on the ground floor the main Livery Hall is a the first of the rooms you come to when arriving. Despite being able to seat up to 100 guests the warm and golden décor gives this room a welcoming and intimate feeling perfect for those winter lunches and Christmas dinners.
Follow the stairs to the second floor and you will arrive at the Ante Room. The stunning stained-glass windows at the far end are the dominant feature and light up the area. Directly adjacent you will find yourself in the Court Room. Here you can really feel the historic importance of the venue which is illustrated by the 17th century panelling, restored from the original building. Being on the same floor guests can flow between these adjoining areas which complement each other perfectly
Even though the venue maintains its historic feel, Pewterers’ Hall is equipped with a state of the art surround sound PA system in the Livery Hall, high speed Wifi and carefully selected AV equipment giving you the best of both worlds for your event.
