Can you please pass on my thanks to Nick Levens, your chef and your entire team for a simply superb service last night.

The ceremony in Guildhall of our receiving our Royal Charter and with the Duke of Edinburgh present and over 420 to feed as well as our large group of outmess, was important for us and I was concerned about hitches. However, you managed to keep absolutely to timing, the meal was superb and the service efficient, with even the special diets being catered for seamlessly. On top of this the additional service of cutting up my embroidered ribbon and tying around the napkins was really appreciated.

I expect that with that number someone will find something to complain about, but I can say that at the time of sending this, the morning after the event I had not received one single complaint about the food or service which itself is somewhat of a record. All your efforts added greatly to the sense of occasion and made my life as organiser easy.

Thank you most sincerely on behalf of myself and the whole company and I shall ensure we settle the balance of your invoice as soon as it is received.

What can we say other than we were absolutely delighted with the quality of the service, the staff that looked after us and the superb food and wine. From our first contact to the preparation and delivery on the day itself, everything was taken care of as promised.

Jen and I would like to thank you for the excellent catering that you provided for our wedding on September 22nd at Stationer's Hall. As I commented during my groom's speech, not one person had anything but the highest praise for the food which was provided. We are particularly grateful for the trouble you took to cater for the children and young people, and for awkward people like myself with dietary requirements.

Your staff were professional, polished and helpful without being intrusive, and overall you were largely responsible for making the day as much of a success as it was.

We also wish to thank Nick for finding the time to ensure that we both had a little time to ourselves and for acting as toastmaster during the wedding breakfast.
