Welcome to Life's News for March 2007-traditionally one of the busiest months in the calendar year for Life's Kitchen Ltd with a diverse mix of Livery and Corporate business keeping the team busy in the run up to Easter; here are a few updates to let you know what we have been up to during the first couple of months of 2007:

Life’s Kitchen Ltd appointed listed caterer at Stationers Hall
It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Life's Kitchen Ltd to the list of caterers at Stationers Hall at Ave Maria Lane, just around the corner from St. Paul’s Cathedral.

This is a versatile commercial and beautiful hall, extremely user friendly and with the (almost) unique feature of a Garden that can hold up to 200 guests for a garden party or barbeque The Garden is a totally private and secluded space which all clients may make use of when hiring the hall. Alternatively if the weather is inclement then additional space inside is always available. The Garden is dominated by an enormous plane tree which marks the spot where heretical books, condemned by the ecclesiastical authorities, were burnt in Tudor times.

Life’s Kitchen Ltd at Cutler’s Hall
News of further exciting growth as Life’s Kitchen Ltd is proud to announce its appointment to the list of caterers at Cutler’s Hall at Warwick Lane. This prestigious hall boasts a proud history and has stood on its current site since 1888; Life's Kitchen Ltd joins a list of only three caterers eligible to cater at this venue. We are delighted to have been appointed to this list and look forward to introducing our clients to this wonderful building.

Women in the City 2007
The official date for the Women in the City 2007 lunch has been announced; the event will be held on 30th November 2007 at Plaisterers Hall, and early bird special offer tickets are now on sale.

This year will be the fifth year that the Women in the City lunch has taken place, and the event has grown enormously in that period. There is a fascinating speaker booked already for the event, tickets are available on a first come, first served basis and this event WILL SELL OUT, so please take advantage of the early bird offers and buy your tickets now.

Emlyn Sexon joins Life's Kitchen Ltd
Life’s Kitchen Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Emlyn Sexon as Head Chef from 1st March 2007.

Reporting directly to Dave Pay (Director of Food at Life's Kitchen Ltd), Emlyn is responsible for maintaining the consistency of the food quality upon which Life's Kitchen Ltd has built its reputation to date.

Emlyn, 31 years old, joins us from the Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington and brings a proven track record of creative cooking at the highest level. Together with the recent appointment of Stanley Liu as Director of Special Events this appointment completes an operational team that has real strength in depth and demonstrates the commitment of Life's Kitchen Ltd to attracting and retaining the most talented operators in our sector.
