A soft and flattering Pinot Blanc with a gentle aroma of white flowers and generous fruit. This lively wine has fresh apple, white peach and spice flavours. There is good weight on the palate yet it is soft and supple and finishes with a firm acidity.

Semillon (85%), Sauvignon Blanc (15%)The wine is made using grapes shrivelled by botrytis, also known as`noble rot` which dehydrates the grapes, concentrating the sugars. The grapes are then picked and sorted by hand. It has a golden yellow colour with aromas of ripe apricots and candied orange.
